This English text is a convenience translation. The German version of this document is the sole authoritative and legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
01
In short
This website is deliberately built to collect as little data as possible: no cookies, no third-party content, no audience measurement, neither a contact form nor user accounts. When you visit, only our host processes the technical connection data your browser sends. If you email us, we process your message in order to answer it. Nothing else happens.
This privacy policy applies to the website only. Our apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app's page.

Hosting and server log files
This website is delivered by Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google. The processor is Google Ireland Limited, Dublin. On each request the host processes the connection data your browser transmits and records them in server log files: IP address, time, file retrieved, browser and system details, referrer and language.
Purpose and legal basis. Processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and to detect attacks and malfunctions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.
Retention. The log files are held exclusively by the host. We have no access to them; Google determines their retention under its own terms.
Third countries. Google delivers the website via its global content delivery network and may process the connection data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Google bases this on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Transfer safeguards: https://firebase.google.com/terms/data-processing-terms (section 10).
Cookies. The website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser's storage.
Provision of data. You are not obliged to provide us with data. Without your IP address, however, the website cannot technically be delivered.
04
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your message and sender address in order to handle your request and for follow-up questions.
Legal basis. Where the request concerns a contract with us, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR; otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Mailbox and retention. Our mailbox is operated in Germany by 1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Montabaur (WEB.DE), which stores the messages as our processor. We delete the correspondence once the matter is resolved and no retention obligations stand in the way.
05
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR) and to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). An informal message to contact@spryloop.com is enough.
Objection (Art. 21 GDPR). On grounds relating to your particular situation, you can object at any time to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We will then stop processing the data unless compelling legitimate grounds prevail or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Complaint. Under Art. 77 GDPR you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, https://www.datenschutz-berlin.de.
