This website uses no cookies, browser storage, third-party content or audience measurement. There are no contact forms or user accounts. We process data only for hosting and email contact, as described below.

Firebase Hosting delivers this website. The processor is Google Ireland Limited, Dublin. On each visit, the host processes and logs your browser’s connection data: IP address, time, file requested, browser and system details, referrer and language.

Purpose and legal basis. This processing is necessary to deliver the website and detect attacks and malfunctions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure, stable operation.

Retention. The host holds the logs; we have no access. Google determines their retention under its own terms.

Third countries. Google’s global delivery network may process connection data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA. Google relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Provision of data. Providing your data is voluntary, but the website cannot be delivered without your IP address.

We process your email and sender address to handle your request and ask follow-up questions.

Legal basis. For contractual enquiries, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies; otherwise, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Mailbox and retention. UD Media GmbH, Erkelenz (udmedia.de), stores our emails in the EU as our processor. We delete them once your request is resolved and no retention obligations apply.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR). An informal message to contact@spryloop.com is enough.

Objection (Art. 21 GDPR). On grounds relating to your particular situation, you can object at any time to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We will then stop processing the data unless compelling legitimate grounds prevail or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
